Use the crispy onion strings and bacon for saltiness and crunch.Add one slice of cheese and add nacho cheese for instant creaminess and a kick. Add pickled jalapeños for spice. Then, to add a little more heat with a hint of sweetness....top it with a drizzle of hot sauce infused ketchup. The ketchup, American cheese, and bacon give it the traditional all American burger appeal. However, the onion strings for crunch, nacho cheese for creamy cheesy heat, pickled jalapeños for more heat, and hot sauce infused ketchup where sweet and spicy meet.....takes this nacho burger to the next level!
