In McDonald's introduce rating systems in some main branches after purchasing and had the food we provide the rating systems through that customers provide the ratings this ratings can share to all McDonald's centres and after some days we introduce messaging system whenever customer enter to McDonalds at the entrance we ask mobile no.and the share the previous ratings due to that customer have much and more clarity about the product and everything..I think this idea is very suitable to this generation and useful to improve our McDonald's shares.
