Hashbrown "patty" Option For Vegetarians

I know McDonalds in India has a similar thing where they use a potatoe patty. This should be offered in America as well! Take a hashbrown or similar and spice with burger seasoning served on a bun with onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.

I've wanted something like this since seeing a tv show about menus in different countries. Recently with the addition of breakfast all day, I ordered a regular hamburger and had the meat held and a hashbrown, put them together and it was utter bliss! I told my vegetarian and non vegetarian friends and family to try it and out of the 12 who did, every one of them was blown away at how good it is. I wish I didn't have to order a burger with no meat and just had it as an option.

Maybe McDonalds USA could offer a small international menu of items served at locations around the world.
