Two menu adds that can't fail:

1) Cheesy hasbrowns: Add an option to the current hash brown that is a "cheesy hash brown", cheese cubes in current hasbrown that will melt

2) Biscuits and Gravy: Everyone loves a biscuit and gravy combo, traditional option or a gravy in the middle of biscuit, handheld option for convenience
