McDonald's hands off receipts for purchase. About 99 percent of customers immediately dispose of the receipts and clutter the McDonald property with litter. At gas stations and ATM machines give you the option to refuse a receipt or say no. I belie if an option whether to refuse a receipt there would be less litter in the parking lot. McDonald's ( in this paperless society). McDonald's could save millions of paperless trails.
