McDonalds Service Improvement Idea

It has come to my attention that you can not choose an iced coffee as your beverage with an EV Deal meal on the Skip the Dishes app.
Could this be fixed so I don't have to order my items separately, and miss the discount of a Meal deal?
That would be Awesome!!
