Double Sausage And Egg Mcmuffin

Take the egg, sausage, and cheese from 2 mcmuffins and combine them into 1. Two sausage, 2 cheese, 2 eggs, and just 2 buns. It's like 2 mcmuffins min us the extra bread. I always make them myself, and people ask what it is. I just throw away the extra bread. I don't need the extra carbs.
