SUBWAY, Fasttrac cafe, 7 Eleven and others have super ovens that can cook whole pizza's in 5 minutes. Most McDonald's in the Rochester NY Area already rely on Delivery companies.
Everything I have read about the Whole Pizza's McDonalds made in the 80s, was that they were quality but not fast. Technology has caught up. I have had fresh pizza's made at Fasttrac Cafe. It takes about 3 minutes to put together a pizza not already prepared to go in the oven. They prep so many Dough's every morning. 7 eleven's pizza's are premade and frozen but not bad. MCDONALDS prides on freshness, so having premade crusts shipped to the restaurant's for time saving that can thaw quick or the use of a boboli pizza shell, could help with space. Please bring back your family sized pizza.
