There are people becoming more and more aware of the adverse side of red meats and also the poor conditions and lives of the animals being processed for consumption. Recently there was an article about Arby's using a soy filler with their turkey meat. I didn't notice a taste diefferenc, (if fact that a plus to me) but if I could buy a hamburger that tasted like hamburger but with less meat but with a nutritious filler or no meat at all, I would buy it. I would be willing to pay more for it. But if you could get the message out that this would save animal's lives by buying the product it will also attract customers for that reason. I donate money to PETA & ASPCA along with various other animal rights groups. I have found it extreamly difficult to find anything vegan or atleast animal concious. Making this move along with educating the public of the benefits may change the entire ball game.
