I am a driver for Kansas City. Is it possible for clients to let us know exactly what gate or door they are at to pick up instead of spot 1-9. Like there is B1-B12 located above the doors near each gate. This will be much easier to help us locate our clients. I feel they should fill this out once they are waiting on the ride and send us a text alert while we are on our way to the client.
