Comfort-seats And Ventilation, Move Talk Button

Please put ventilation for air conditioning in the ceiling. My rear passengers only get weak flow on their knees. They don't need their knees to be cool in a hot summer car.
Please make your drivers seats adjustable to women, with better lumbar support. I am 5'6" 135 pounds. I have to keep lumbar and neck support pillows on my drivers seat. It looks cheap and embarrassing. If I sit in the seat properly, I look like a hunched over old lady. Im 44.
The voice recognition system is the most irritating electronic I own. The button is right where my hand is while droving. If it gets hit, the voice recognition recognizes nothing. You har "pardon?" 6 times, then cancel.
