3 Way Sensor

Basically to many times people (silly parents) are leaving there children in the car its happening around the world i am sick to death of hearing these poor babies suffocating,
so my idea is to simple have a temperature with a 3 way sensor in the roof of the car pointing to the 3 back seat to detect movement and to set an alarm or open windows or something like that i think it will deliver a leading clever and other manufactures will follow landrovers idea
