My name is Amy Fowler, I am an employee at Smith's location 144 and we recently remodeled bringing in a new strictly organics isle as well as a larger organic section on the produce wet rack. I have had customers coming and saying that they love this larger selection of organics because they only shop organics, they get all the organics they can from our store, but always are having to go to another specialty store for the remaining items we do not carry. It got me thinking that I would be a great investment for Kroger to open a speciality organic store called "Simple Truth" being the kroger brand of organics. Utah is a very organic friendly community; this would bring in all of our Kroger committed shoppers rather than them having to go to another specialty store losing Kroger money. You could have nutritionist in store and people can pay for classes on how to eat better as well as a organic caf�©. This would bring in and inspire new and current customers to come to Simple Truth Market rather than the other stores such as Whole Foods, Sunflower, Sprouts ect..it would increase organic sales to an all time high. This would be a fantastic investment, branching Kroger out that much more.
