Smart Cat Feeder

I have been looking for an affordable, reliable smart cat feeder. But have been unable to find any existing product that I would trust.
I would like a feeder that can:
Store up to 2 weeks of dry food
Dispense food reliably on a schedule
Remote video monitoring over the internet
Remote control of food dispensing
Remote adjustment of food dispensing schedule
Audio communication with pet over the internet
The primary requirement is reliability. It must be able to dispense food reliably for the prescribed period otherwise it is a waste of time.
