Radiator Cleaning Attachment

Not sure if this has been suggested before, but if an attachment of say a thin flexible tube type attachment which is able to access the vents at the back of modern style radiators where a lot of dust accumulates I think this could be very handy.
At present Ii have been blowing them out with a small compressor which is very dusty.
