Owl Ears For Cyclists

A small device that would attach to cycle helmet straps. Device would mimic owl feathers and cut out wind noise when cycling so that cyclists can hear approaching traffic etc. A similar product is available from America called cat ears, but product is merely a strip of velcro like material and does not work!
