Simple Alarm To Prevent Children From Hot Car Deaths

I am suggesting a 'check back seat for kids and pets" nag alarm upon shutoff of vehicle. The alarm should just be a voice recording to check the back seat for children & pets. I think to prevent getting sensitized to the alarm, there should be 3-5 very different voices issuing this alert on a random rotation.

I believe this feature should come enabled by default, and should only be able to be disabled by a dealer (There should not be a fee for this disabling, but make the buyer sign something indicating that the purchaser/owner asked that it be disabled so there's a record that the owner is aware that the feature is disabled.)
