Police Protection During Traffic Stops

I have been made aware of the fact that Chrysler is major producer of pol ice vehicles.
As we have seen in numerous news accounts, there have been a number of incidents nationwide where police officers have been slain or seriously injured while conducting routine traffic stops.
I have a design that can be incorporated into the production of new police vehicles that can prevent officers from being put into harm way immediately. The design I am mentioning can also be retrofitted into existing vehicles.
If only one police officer can be spared being seriously injured killed in the course of performing their assigned tasks, I believe all efforts should be considered to provide for their safety.
I do hope someone within your corporation will contact me so that I can present the concept for consideration to save the nation's police agency's from suffering any more tragedies.
