Microphone To Talk In Large Vehicles

It is often an inconvenience to talk to the person sitting at the back seat of my Pacifica while I drive. I resort to yelling or turning my head around to talk. I wish there was a microphone at the front and the back for people in the vehicle to talk to each other, especially in larger vehicles.
