I don't want to comment -- I just want Chrysler to know that Lee Iacocca said, you can lead, follow or get out of the wayl--That being said, I have found that all car manufacturers feel that all they want to hear from consumers is how good your products are--Well, I have a 2011 town & country--It is an average driving vehicle, however, it does not stand out in any areas of cabin comfort, roadability, handling or any other characteristics that speaks to (engineering refinement--such as the professional road tesers give better marks to Honda Oddosey, Toyota Sienna and Kia Sedona. It is all about driving and handling (REFINEMENT). If Chrysler is serious about being a leader you need to focus on refinement. My van is low in refinement and if I don't see refinement in the next new one I will be looking at a car company that offers refinement in the engineering period. Chrysler, get with it the word is (refinement)
