Build In Sun Shade For Windshield

I'm tired of fighting with the two panel sun shade. Put it up and taking it down is a minor pain, but where do you store it while you're not using it. The ones with the wire edge are cool, but hard to store. My idea is to build into the dash or roof a reflective sun shade for the windshield, similar to the sunroof fabric shade but with reflective material. Then of course there needs to be a safety method for preventing the shade from operating when the care is.
