Noise Cancelling Headphones + Hearing Aids

I am 64 and starting to lose my upper range of hearing. I will need hearing aids someday in the not too distant future but don't like current choices I see. I am not interested in the smallest and least noticeable hearing aid. I would like a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones with microphones built in that I can wear when I feel the need. I would like the signal processing to be user controlled so I can set it for wife, birds, tv, etc etc. Standard filters and custom filters. Maybe you have one available now, in which case point me in that direction. If you don't have one now but are working on it, please send me the prototype to try. Hearing aids are not cheap so something in a comparable price range would get me to buy. I think I would look a lot better with one of your headsets than those dinky little behind the ear things with batteries the size of a baby aspirin. Please let me know.
