By using Bluetooth technology to use a duality feature on headphones such as while listening to music, a call comes in, the side that controls the music will switch to full mode (you will still hear your music in the ear of the same side but extremely low) and be able to still be on the call in the other ear without interruption or interference then once the call ends the music returns to its last volume setting or if you want the music to end, you press stop and the call will adjust to both ears on a normal setting. This all may be used in reverse while on a call first. An App can also be offered for a fee for non-Beats users to access the dual capabilities by syncing their non-Beats wireless devices to a third-party source which provides the switch for their specific headsets.
