Water For Warzone (Call Of Duty)

I have an idea that my husband also agreed may make Warzone more interesting. Water. To start off, I am going for a BS in Game Design with Full Sail University, and this idea would blow everyone's socks off. A lot of BR games already have incorporated swimming and using water as a form of transportation. In short, I believe there should come a great flood from a hurricane. Hear me out though, there's much more to this than what I'm saying. I believe, for a few days, Warzone should be hit with heavy rain near the coast areas of the Warzone map and in farther away areas, a lighter rain, both hindering some visibility, with heavier rain making it harder to see than the lighter, dark storm clouds to simulate a huge storm, and depending on the heaviness of the rain, the louder the pitter patter of the rain drops when in buildings, making it harder to hear closer to the coast area. This event would set up for low-lying bowl shaped areas to become flooded with time. The ground outside should have low-lying water so when there are heavy footsteps, it can be heard the closer an enemy is. When the hurricane passes, the map is left with some deep and some shallow water areas that can be used to swim across or to hide in but should be somewhat transparent. I opt for the use of rare but convenient diving masks, similar to gas masks, where the user can hide underwater for longer periods of time without damaging health, but obviously expires after a short time. I think this would be an explosive update in Call Of Duty Warzone. This is my idea and my idea alone.
