New Way Of Playing Multiplayer Once And For All.

Activision New Product Idea

Submitted 8 years ago

First sorry for my English since I am Spanish from Spain and I still don't master my English.
This idea comes from the tiresome way of playing multiplayer matches online. It is always the same thing with different scenarios, different weapons and so on. And it's not me the only one who thinks the same. What's wrong with new initiatives? Why is it always the same thing?
I remember the first time I played COD and I really enjoyed it as I did with the World at War, Modern Warfare 4, Modern Warfare 2 and so on, but it came a time where despite I have all COD's I currently can say that they bore me.
My idea is for changing that with a new way of at least playing online multiplayer matches.
I'll try to be brief.
Talking about online multiplayer matches, I'd like a game with these arguments:
A game based on a future not so far away... realistic in the way of playing it and different.
Now, imagine an game where the player could feel that they are in the army controlling a robot through a computer. This robot is an army robot designed to go to war instead of sending humans. So a chopper drops this robot on a island to be conquered and a player controls it as if they where on a computer and in a military installation to such effect. Then, every time one robot dies, the player would have to send another one being dropped from an chopper again. The mission is to conquest for instance an island, part of a rain-forest etc. The map should be big enough so that every time the players of a certain band conquer a certain zone of the island (in this case) the opposite band players will show up or appear further back. This way, a player has the goal with their team to conquer a place and in a real atmosphere based on future wars. They wouldn't have the sense of die and kill again and again. It would be like a real fight for conquering a certain place.
This way, it wouldn't be just kill and kill and die and die without any sense at all.
I know that this idea could not sound completed, but my English as I told it before is not so good, so in case you are interested in knowing more, because there are much more, please let me know and I'll send you the whole idea I didn't describe here. At least I think you can have the general gist of it all.

All the best
