New, COOL Spyro Game Idea That Pleases ALL Fans

There's been a reoccurring problem in the Spyro community where fans of different series have bickered over when the next Spyro game should come out and what it should be like. Original Spyro fans like the exploration factor and gem collecting. LoS fans like the more mature storyline and fighting. And then Skylanders fans have their own thoughts which you are probably more aware of. So I came up with an idea for a new Spyro game that focuses on the purple dragon as the main character. This idea pleases ALL the fans.

Now just the other day I came up with an inciteful game theory that connected all three Spyro's (original, LoS, and Skylanders)via alternate dimensions. It's a very complicated theory that I suggest you read up on, because it's actually very cool! You can read more about it here:

Now once you've read the theory and hopefully understood it, let me tell you the idea.

You could have the Malefor from Skylanders creating a device that allows him to see into other dimensions, where he is able to contact his "former selves" (i.e. the Dark Master and The Sorceror from "Shadow Legacy"). By alternate versions of himself meeting, this causes the dimensions to collapse all into one, blending the world of Skylands, LoS, and original Spyro all into one.

This is how all three Spyros will meet. They must work together to defeat all three Malefors (+ optional bosses like Kaos or Ripto) and restore piece to the dimensions, thus separating them again. You get to play as each Spyro. Each Spyro has his own unique gameplay, levels, and personality. Original Spyro is more based on platforming and collecting things. LoS Spyro is focused on fighting and exploring. Skylanders Spyro is focused on quests and doing whatever things Skylanders do.

In the final level, all three Spyros could combine to form an "adult Spyro", which is something we've never seen before as well as a "Ultimate Malefor". The ending could result in the dimensions returning back to normal while Malefor is stuck inside a broken, nonexistant dimension for all eternity.

This is just an idea that I think you should take into consideration when making your next Spyro/Skylanders game. It would please all fans and wouldn't confuse Skylander fans as long is there a little bit of explaining. It would revisit the story lines from all three series and give knowledge to people who aren't aware of the other games.

I seriously suggest reading into the theory in that link posted above because it's very interesting! And perhaps take this idea into consideration? If not, I want to at least see a Spyro Trilogy remaster like Crash! :)


As for a game title... "Spyro: Dimensions"?
