Making Proper Milsim Operators For Cold War

I believe this could be a great and easy fix to really give Cold War that 1980s military vibe, use the Soviet and Perseus soldier assets from the campaign and make them milsim operators, for NATO use the US soldiers we see in the campaign and cutscenes, even if they charge people for this, it should at least be in the game, this is a great way to create identity for the factions.
