Exclude Player Picked Map

Since you guys cater to new players and so heavily encourage camping, can you allow us to exclude one map from matchmaking at our choice? This will allow us to have a better quality of life for people because almost every player hates a certain map a little bit more than the rest and allowing us to avoid that map would keep a lot more people playing longer instead of having to play that badly created map.

Like seriously you wanna promote new players to keep playing by allowing camping? That only promotes people to dominate a game and giving no competition for any player thats moderately good at the game and below. this also makes players not learn from mistakes and blocks them from learning from mistakes, but instead teaches them on how to camp better.
Wanna help new players? Reduce camping and promote rushing because new players will learn quickly how to aim and how not to push too hard and stay alive, which makes it harder for a team to dominate so easily by just sitting prone aiming at a door. And even if a team does dominate a game on a map that promotes rushing, they still learn and start playing better.
