I think you should make it possible to leave your team without joining another. In all honesty, I think you should involve an insanity DMZ mode. Everyone drops as a solo but there should also be more players, then they have to build teams of any size, there should be only one exfil that shows up anywhere on the map at the 2 minute mark and all bots are tier 3 or juggernauts. All ground loot should be legendary and radiation hurts alot more than usual. There should also be big rewards for exfil, contracts, or missions on insane mode. Rewards like chosen perks, perk packs, high xp, special gear(i.e. durable scuba masks, tempered special vests, multi vests(combination of any 2 special vests)
